Why you are reacting more than you used to
When pressure builds gradually, it often shows up first in your tone, patience and capacity rather than in obvious ways.
Read articleRise and Thrive supports people who are functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, reactive, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift alone.
This work helps you understand what is driving the way you think, feel, communicate and respond, so you can create calmer, clearer and more intentional ways of showing up in life, leadership, work and relationships.
Support for emotional regulation, behaviour change, stress, overthinking, self trust, leadership pressure and repeated patterns that no longer feel like you.
Grounded coaching experience shaped across leadership, talent development and high performance environments.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful and used to holding a lot. They are still showing up, still achieving and still supporting others, but internally things feel heavier than they used to.
You notice yourself sounding sharper than you mean to, feeling less patient, shutting down or reacting in ways you replay later.
You overthink, replay conversations, second guess decisions or find it hard to switch off, even when nothing appears wrong on the surface.
You are still performing, leading or supporting others, but pressure makes it harder to stay clear, steady and intentional.
You feel disconnected from your own needs, voice or confidence and want to return to a calmer, clearer and more grounded version of yourself.
Awareness is powerful, but awareness alone does not always create change. You can know why you react, overthink or hold back and still find yourself repeating the same response.
Rise and Thrive works with the patterns underneath the behaviour, not just the behaviour itself.
Through coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, conscious hypnosis, emotional regulation tools and reflective self awareness practices, you are supported to understand what is happening beneath the surface and create change that feels steady, practical and real.
This is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with who you already are underneath pressure, conditioning, fear, stress and self doubt.
Whether you are looking for private coaching, a small group experience or support for your team, every option is designed to help you feel steadier, think more clearly and respond with more intention.
Personal coaching for people who want to understand what is happening beneath the surface, shift repeated patterns and build calmer, clearer and more intentional ways of responding.
This may support emotional regulation, self trust, confidence, relationships, career transitions, leadership pressure or feeling more connected to yourself again.
Explore 1:1 CoachingA six session small group experience for women who are still showing up, but have started to notice a shift in how they react, communicate or cope under pressure.

Explore Respond ProgramCoaching and workshops for professionals, leaders and teams who want to build emotional regulation, clearer communication and stronger self leadership under pressure.
This work supports sustainable performance by helping people stay calm, clear and effective when pressure is high.
Explore Leadership SupportThis work helps create choice in the moments where automatic reactions, overthinking or old patterns would normally take over.
You begin to notice what is happening sooner.
You pause before responding, catch your tone earlier, communicate more clearly or choose not to engage in the same familiar pattern.
Over time, that space becomes easier to access, even in situations that used to feel overwhelming, emotional or hard to come back from.
Change often begins quietly. A pause here. A different response there. Over time, those moments become a new way of moving through life.
Rise and Thrive was founded by Tara Isaac to support people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, shift the patterns that keep repeating and reconnect with their own voice, steadiness and self trust.
Tara supports capable people who are used to holding a lot, but want to feel calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves again.
Her work brings together coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, conscious hypnosis, behavioural change tools and emotional regulation practices in a way that feels calm, human and practical.
Before founding Rise and Thrive, Tara spent more than a decade supporting professionals, graduates and leaders across high performance environments including Xero, EY, Goldman Sachs and Ashurst.
This experience shaped her understanding of how many capable people carry pressure internally while continuing to perform externally.
Tara is currently completing her ICF PCC accreditation and continues to bring a grounded, professional and deeply human approach to her work.
