Ways to Work Together
You don't need to work on everything. You need to work on the right thing.
You may already know the behaviour you want to change.
The overthinking. The people pleasing. The reaction you regret afterwards. The conversation you keep avoiding. The need to stay in control. The thing you know you want to do differently, but somehow keep doing anyway.
What you may not know is what's driving it.
That's where our work starts.
When the same things keep showing up
What is continuing this way costing you?
You do not need to be falling apart for something to deserve your attention. When the same pattern keeps showing up, it can start costing you time, energy, confidence, opportunities and connection.
Do you take on too much because you're convinced you're the only one who'll get it right?
Delegating would lighten the load, but it also means trusting someone else to get it right, and that's the harder part.
Do you work hard to manage your reactions, but still snap at the people you love most?
You promise yourself it'll be different this time. By evening, it rarely is.
Do you pull away before someone else has the chance to leave first?
Leaving first can feel safer than waiting to find out if they would have stayed.
One moment on its own may not feel significant. But when the same pattern keeps making decisions for you, your world can slowly become smaller. You avoid what feels uncomfortable, hold back from what you want and adapt around a response that may no longer reflect who you are.
Staying the same isn't always standing still
When a behaviour has been with you for a long time, it can start to feel easier to live around it than change it.
You avoid the conversation. Second-guess the decision. Say yes when you want to say no. Hold back from the opportunity. Keep carrying what you could let go of.
One decision on its own may not feel significant. But over time, those decisions can start to shape the boundaries of your life.
You make yourself a little smaller. Your choices become a little narrower. And you adapt around a pattern that may have once helped you, but no longer reflects who you are or where you want to go.
Because when an old pattern keeps making the choices for you, staying the same can slowly start to feel like shrinking.
Behavioural change isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about creating enough choice to stop organising your life around an old response, and start creating more of what you actually want.
What's included
Foundation Session
A dedicated 60 minute session to understand you, your history, what's happening now and what you want to change.
Focused Breakthrough Session
A private 4 hour intensive, in person or online, shaped entirely around you and what emerges.
Post session check in
Time to explore what's shifted, what you're noticing and anything that may need further support.
One specific thing you're ready to change.
You may know exactly what you keep doing.
What you may not understand is why you keep doing it.
We start there.
Together, we look beyond the behaviour itself to explore the beliefs, learned responses, patterns or influences that may be keeping it in place.
The session is shaped around you and what emerges. Rather than simply trying harder to stop the behaviour you can see, we work with what may be driving it.
What we might focus on
The focus is different for everyone, but it might be something like:
You don't need to know what's underneath it before we start. That's part of the work.
The Integration session was truly life-changing — she helped my conflicting parts finally work in harmony, and since then my daily choices feel clear, aligned and empowered.
TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
Two ways to create change.
Choose the approach that fits what you're ready to change.
What's included
Foundation Session
A dedicated 60 minute session to understand you, what's happening now, the patterns you're noticing and what you want to create.
8 private coaching sessions
Eight 60 minute sessions across four months, giving us time to explore what emerges and work with what's changing.
Support between sessions
Direct contact between sessions to support reflection, integration and what you're noticing as things begin to shift.
For patterns that keep showing up.
Sometimes it isn't one behaviour or one situation.
You may notice the same patterns showing up differently across work, relationships, decisions or how you respond to yourself.
That's where Thrive gives us more time.
Over four months, we can explore what's sitting underneath those patterns, work with what emerges and notice how things begin to change in your everyday life.
As new situations arise, we have the space to keep working with them, create different responses and support you as those changes become part of how you move forward.
What we might focus on
The work is shaped around you and what emerges over our time together. We might explore:
We don't need to know everything we will work on from the beginning. We work with what emerges as things begin to change.
She has a rare ability to see how you’re wired, understanding your strengths and instincts, sometimes before you do, and then equipping you with strategies that actually work for the way your brain works. She has been instrumental in shaping not just how I work, but how I show up — the confidence I bring, the way I approach problems, and the professional I’m becoming.
Not sure which path is right for you?
You don't need to decide before we speak.
Book a free Clarity Call and we'll talk about what's happening, what you'd like to change and whether working together feels like the right fit.
If it does, we'll decide together whether Breakthrough or Thrive gives you the type of support you need.
Breakthrough and Thrive aren't steps you have to move through in order. They're two different ways of working, depending on what you need.
If you begin with Breakthrough and later decide you'd like ongoing support, we can talk about what makes sense from there.
