Why you are reacting more than you used to
When pressure builds gradually, it often shows up first in your tone, patience and capacity rather than in obvious ways.
Read articleYou know something needs to change. You have tried, thought it through and still keep finding yourself in the same patterns.

Many of the people I work with look like they are coping. They are capable, thoughtful and used to holding a lot. But internally, something feels harder than it should.
Long after they have finished, you are still wondering what you said, what they meant or whether you got it wrong.
You research, analyse and delay because making the wrong decision feels heavier than it should.
You can feel the words there, but something stops you from trusting yourself enough to say them.
You are trying. You want things to change. But the same patterns keep showing up in different ways.
Most people come to coaching focused on the thing they want to change: the overthinking, the reaction, the decision, the relationship or the feeling that they are stuck.
But often, the thing you are trying to fix is not the whole problem.
Together, we look beneath the surface and explore what is really driving the pattern.
When things finally make sense, people often stop fighting themselves. They feel lighter. They trust themselves more. And different choices become possible.
Clients often arrive focused on the problem they can see. Coaching helps them understand what is really driving the pattern beneath it.

She felt stuck in relationship patterns that no longer served her. Through coaching, she began to see what she wanted from the relationship and what changes were hers to make.
